Sergio Cortazzo & Loredana de Brasi are both internationally recognized teachers and performers from the heart of Tango, Buenos Aires.

 

Sergio has studied under some of the "great masters" of tango. Including Juan Carlos Copes, Antonio Todaro, Rodolfo Dinzel, Gustavo Naveira, Gloria y Eduardo, Esther y Mingo Pugliese, Pepito Avellaneda and Pocho Pizarro. Sergio has been director and choreographer for the show at Cafe Triunfal and director of tango academy in the Centro Piazzolla Tango. He has been the director and choreographer for the regular show "Esquina Homero Manzi". He has been performer and choreographer in numerous tango shows in Buenos Aires and worldwide such as “Una noche deTango”, Taconeando”, “El Viejo Almacén”.He has both performed and judged at the world championships of Asia & Australia. As well as being a member of the jury in the world championship final of 2005, in Buenos Aires.

 

They have danced and taught at other international festivals, including Monza tango festival in Italy, III World Tango Festival in BsAs, V Festival Buenos Aires Tango and New Zealand Tango Festival to name but a few. Sergio has taught tango on the acclaimed Tango TV station "solo Tango. He also performed in the Hollywood movie "Evita".

 

Between them they have many years tango experience.
